For PA State Representative - Carbon County

at the primary on May 19, 2026

About this campaign

Join the movement. Vote for a candidate that fights for our future, not the status quo.We need someone in Harrisburg who works for us. That’s why Carbon County voters — Democrats and Republicans — are backing Christian Bartulovich for PA’s 122nd District on May 19th. Christian actually answers the phone when you call. He listens, cares, and gets things done. With six years as a Penn Forest Township supervisor, he’s seen what bad development does — more traffic, strained water, and damage to our communities. He’ll fight for smarter growth and put residents first. It’s time for change.
Vote integrity. Vote accountability. Write in Christian Bartulovich.

Why Christian Bartulovich

Carbon County deserves representation grounded in local experience, practical problem-solving, and a clear understanding of the challenges our communities face.Christian is:
• Collaborative: In his 6 years as a Penn Forest Township Supervisor, Christian has welcomed input from fellow supervisors, attorneys, consultants, and residents across party lines
• Transparent and accountable: He takes the time to answer questions and address concerns from the community
• A proven leader on environmental issues: Penn Forest Township’s data center ordinance has become the gold standard for protecting municipalities from harmful development
• Action-oriented: Christian has not only spoken about the problems in state land-use law, but has also offered solutions publicly
• Well-informed: Through his involvement with the nonpartisan Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS), Christian truly understands that local governments across Pennsylvania are under growing pressure and that stronger local control is needed
• Educated: Christian holds a BA in Criminal Justice and an MBA from Liberty University
• Successful: Christian brings a unique business perspective to government. In his full-time job as a Regional Solutions Manager, Christian has gained extensive experience in team development, relationship management, complex contract negotiations, and field operations
• Community-minded: Christian uses the same approach in each context: clear expectations, accountability, and systems that outlast any single person. He’s the head coach of the girls’ varsity soccer team at Jim Thorpe Area High School, vice-president of the Jim Thorpe Youth Soccer Association, treasurer of the Carbon County Council of Governments, treasurer for a non-profit called Hold My Guns (which helps provide safe storage options to people in crisis), and is chair of the Carbon County Young Republicans
